- Notice of Redisclosure: Information disclosed to third parties (such as non-covered health providers) may no longer be protected by federal privacy laws, though we require all contractors to maintain our "Silver Standard" of confidentiality.
- Right to Revoke: You have the right to revoke your authorization for data sharing at any time, subject to legal or contractual limitations.
III. SMS Terms & Conditions (Mobile Messaging)
By opting into our mobile messaging program (e.g., via the Resource Vault download or contact forms), you agree to the following:
- Program Description: Silver Services sends text messages to provide appointment reminders, resource updates (scam alerts), and care coordination.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service level and interaction with our digital tools.
- Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive one final confirmation message.

The Non-Sharing Clause (Carrier Required): > No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
