Professional Advocacy

 When the family can't be there, we are. As your Professional Advocate, we don't just 'watch'—we lead. We act as the local hands and feet for families, ensuring that medical, financial, and household logistics are managed with the Silver Standard of care. 

 Healthcare & Appointment Coordination

  • The Service: Escorting clients to medical appointments, taking detailed notes, and ensuring follow-up instructions are understood and shared with the family.
  • The "Boutique" Value: You aren't just driving them; you are ensuring the doctor's orders actually make it onto the calendar and into the home.


Transition Management (Hospital to Home)

  • The Service: Coordinating the logistics of a discharge from a facility in Chandler or Casa Grande back to the home.
  • The "Boutique" Value: Checking that the fridge is stocked, prescriptions are picked up, and the "Silver Safety Net" is in place before the client even arrives home.


Family Communication Liaison

  • The Service: Providing a single point of contact for out-of-state adult children.
  • The "Boutique" Value: Using the Aaniie Portal to provide consolidated updates so the family doesn't have to call three different doctors or neighbors to find out how Mom is doing.


Home Vendor Oversight

  • The Service: Vetting, scheduling, and supervising home maintenance (landscapers, plumbers, HVAC) in Pinal and Maricopa Counties.
  • The "Boutique" Value: Preventing "senior markups" and fraud by having a bonded professional on-site to manage the service provider.


Insurance & Benefit Assistance

  • The Service: Helping the client navigate Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance claims or organizing records for Medicare/Social Security.
  • The "Boutique" Value: Working alongside their CPA or Attorney to ensure they are maximizing the benefits they've already paid for.
